Decision Making Fatigue. How The World Is Trying To Kill You With Choice

Welcome to episode 8 of The Blog to Profit Show.

The Methods and Mindset to Make Money Online, Smarter.

Today I’m putting methods to the side a little bit and I’m talking a little more openly about our overall health and decision making fatigue.

Decision making fatigue can cripple us personal and our online business very easily if we don’t make sure that we remain focused on formulas, strategies and a plan.

I was reminded this week why routines and the ‘ordinary’ can add remarkable clarity and opportunity to your business and on the flip-side, how the world is planning on killing you with decisions!

It’s time to make peace with routine.

I would love to hear your feedback on this free flow convo and would be so grateful for a review of this podcast in iTunes if you like it.

I loved today’s blog post Alice. It was exactly what I need to hear to confirm what I already know. For me, it’s hard to simplify and focus on that one thing. I find myself committing to lots of different projects ‘just in case’, even when I know they probably won’t be profitable. This way of doing things is unproductive and unsustainable for me, thank you for the guidance to make some positive changes x

      Hi Kristin,
Thanks for commenting, I am completely with you and I need to hear it too sometimes. I do! It can also be the curse of the creative mind, I feel because everything seems so exciting. I agree, it’s unproductive and unsustainable. I talk about being connected to what success looks like really individually to you, (us) such as, for me, it is family and earth/garden/mother nature, love. I have to ask myself, ‘Does this help me do more of THAT?’. If not then I simply must choose to let it go. There is such grace in the ‘ordinary’. I hope you have a great day babe. XX
